Allison Daugherty
P.E.
My name is Allison Daugherty. I was born and raised in Decatur, Alabama. As a child, I was fortunante to grow up in a Christian home where we strived to make God the center of our home. I became a Child of God when I was 8 years old. I was blessed with two wonderful parents, Tommy and Teresa, one older brother, Stephen, and now a sister-in-law, Natalie. After high school I attended Shelton State where I was involved in athletics and then transferred to The University of Alabama where I finished my BS degree in Physical Education/ Athletic Coaching. I just recently got married to A.J., who also works at ACA in the library and computer lab. We have a four-legged child named Bear. As a first year teacher, I feel so blessed to be a part of something so special and look forward to what God has planned with my life.
