Billy White
5th Grade
I was born and raised in Abington Pennsylvania. I attended the University of Alabama where I majored in elementary education. After receiving my degree I accepted a teaching position in the city school system where I became Highly Qualified and taught 6th grade math and advanced math for six years. During that time I coached middle school football and was the head varsity softball coach at Central and Bryant High Schools.
In 2004, I was given the opportunity to teach 3rd grade at Tuscaloosa Academy. I taught 3rd grade for 3 years before moving to physical education. During my seven years at TA, I coached varsity softball winning 4 state championships. I also coached every level of football from assistant varsity, JV head coach,and my last five years peewee head coach.
My wife, Michele, and I have been married for 12 years and have a 7 year old daughter named Maile who will be attending ACA this year.
Since we have been married we have been active members of Valley View Baptist Church.
