I am originally from Thomaston, Georgia. I received my BS degree in Education from Valdosta State University in Georgia. My husband, Pete and I have been married for 32 years and have 3 grown children who all graduated from ACA. David and Stuart both graduated from the University of Alabama and live and work in Tuscaloosa. Ashley graduated from the University of Alabama in May 2010 and is currently living in France. She is living with a family and working as an au pair. She is also attending the University of France.
We attend Open Door Baptist Church. My faith in Christ as my Savior has been my guide and support throughout my life. I have been blessed to have taught at ACA for the past 16 years. It is a privilege and joy to teach these precious children. I am thankful for my faith in God, my family, and my job at ACA.
